Areas covered

• In this session, we will cover the various configurable options available in Loan Origination:
• Product Groups: Assign an Ultracs loan product (e.g. Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Home Loans) to streamline product selection in the loan application interface.
• Product types: Define what loan product types can be selected in Loan Origination.
• Additional data fields: Configure what data fields can be captured in a Loan Origination application (e.g., Applicants, Assets, Income, Expenses, Liabilities, Security, and additional fields/information) and whether or not these fields are mandatory.
• Assessment: Configure the approval codes and tracking stages used during the assessment process.
• Fees and Insurances: Set up fees and insurance and assign them to the appropriate loan types.
• Other settings: Additional configurable settings, including profile data inclusion, Annual Recurring Average (ARA), Debt Service Ratio (DSR), Loan-to-Value Ratio (LVR), and Contract Forms settings.
