We are delighted that we have recently been selected as preferred Core Banking supplier for two US Credit Unions subject to the satisfactory conclusion of due diligence procedures and contractual arrangements.

We would like to reiterate that this significant milestone in Ultradata's and Ultracs Corp history would not be possible without the tenacity, passion, dedication and focus shown by our leadership team, and all staff involved throughout the acquisition and sales process.

As we embark on new and exciting developments off-shore, we will continue in keeping you updated on the progress of these formative projects.

General release of new products

We continue to innovate, design and develop the rollout of many high-quality software solutions that add further breadth to the Ultracs ecosystem, and help our clients meet consumer demands and various mandated obligations as set by the respective regulatory authorities.

Several of these general release product developments are covered in this edition of Insight, including the innovation of a deeper digital banking toolkit that is integrated within the latest release of Ultracs App 2 and My Viewpoint 3, and the myriad of optional software modules that underpin.

This toolkit is designed to tap further into the unmet needs of trending consumer demands and has a particular skew on self-service. It is set to provide clients with the ability to grow their businesses, and help increase their speed to market of their product offering through more effective sales and marketing customisation capabilities which are designed to generate highly targeted marketing communications that will expand customer interest, product awareness, buy-in and general brand engagement.

General announcements

In general announcements, we have several staff and news items to share, including a welcome to many new starters, staff milestone announcements, and a 'feel good' snippet with Ultradata's first ‘face-to-face’ client workshop in two years.

With Christmas break looming, we also remind everyone that Ultradata’s annual business closure over the Christmas and New Year period is around the corner, and is outlined in finer detail so that everyone is able to plan accordingly and in advance.
