Reflecting on the year gone by

It has been another incredible year, and we wish to take this opportunity to reflect, and acknowledge our successes as a team.

We are particularly proud of our amazing achievements in 2022, with the below noteworthy highlights;

  • Continuation of the NPP and Open Banking mandated projects in line with demanding timeframes;
  • Delivery of a range of major releases;
  • Continued success in the digital space with a new release of Ultracs App 2, along with a range of new modules such as How I Spend, Onboarding and Client Daily Limits, plus a new release of Ultracs CMS;
  • Substantial new functionality available for My Viewpoint 3, including Client Daily Limits and Card Management;
  • Successful migration of clients using the end of life Cuscal App to Ultracs App 2;
  • Sales success with the welcoming of a new client – National Bank of Tuvalu – to the Ultradata client community;
  • The go live of our first client on Ultracs Cloud Banking System Service;
  • Progression of the Ultracs Cloud strategy, including the associated APRA CPS234 audit;
  • Successful delivery of a range of Digital and Consulting projects, including numerous Ultracs 5 upgrades – notably all of the Catholic Development Funds, and the very fast upgrade of Northern Inland Credit Union;
  • Execution of contract extensions by many members of the Ultradata client community;
  • Successful launch of Teachers Mutual Bank’s digital bank – Hiver;
  • Concreting of our USA strategy, with the appointment of a new leader for Ultracs Corp based in Irvine, and commencement of an exciting journey with our first client;
  • Commencement of the strategically vital process to update our enterprise systems and associated processes to give us the right foundation with which to deliver for our current and future clients;
  • Fantastic support to our clients.

What an outstanding year and a remarkable starting point for 2023.

We are truly grateful to all of the Ultradata group staff, and wish you a well-deserved break with your families and loved ones. May you all have a very happy, safe, and healthy festive season.

Best wishes,
Tracey and Peter
