The contact details page has been completely redesigned and enhanced in terms of how customer contact information is displayed and stored.
The page is divided into groups for phone, email and social profile contact details. Within each group, one contact detail entry can be flagged as ‘preferred’.
For each contact detail entry, all linked services and notifications that use the contact detail are displayed i.e. SMS one-time passwords, online statements, PayIDs and alerts.
Allows customers to share transaction receipts via email.
An improved security control gives you the option to restrict maintenance of contact details only to customers with One-Time Password (OTP) registration (token or SMS).
Those not registered for OTP can access their contact details in view-only mode. When in view-only mode, the phone numbers and email addresses displayed in the screen are masked (e.g. 04** ***123).
